Stop Naral’s Attacks
Support LIFE: Contact Congress to VOTE NO! on the Stop Deceptive Advertising for Women’s Services Act
Help Stop Anti-life Abortion Groups like NARAL – ProChoice America from Misleading Women
Many women who face an unintended pregnancy search for a local clinic where they can get information about all their options.
But anti-life groups try to block women from going to abortion alternative health centers that do not provide or refer to abortion care.
Anti-life Pro-Abortion organizations are using deceptive attacks against what they call “fake clinics” calling pro-life affirming care and services “anti-abortion, anti-contraceptive agenda”.

As your constituent, I am writing to urge you to VOTE NO! on the Stop Deceptive Advertising for Women’s Services Act (H.R.2543 / S.1374)
This bill, introduced by Rep. Carolyn Maloney and Sen. Bob Menendez, would give the Federal Trade Commission the over-reaching authority to harm women from attaining true help and alternatives including free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling and community referrals. This bill claims these life-affirming community help centers use deceptive practices and mislead women into believing they offer abortion counseling and abortion referrals.
This bill was created due to ProChoice America (NARAL) falsely attacking pregnancy resource centers simply because they offer alternatives to abortion. This bill suggests that these centers offer
”abortion care or counseling”, which is an unmerited lie. None of the near 3500 centers nationwide offer abortion care or counseling.Even though Americans may have differences of opinion on abortion, we can all agree on the value of honesty in advertising. It’s time for Congress to hold the abortion centers accountable by voting no on the Stop Deceptive Advertising for Women’s Services Act (H.$. 2543 / S. 1374). Please protect women seeking comprehensive pregnancy-related counseling from the false accusations of NARAL ProChoice America which is designed to restrict or limit or close thousands of respectable community-based pregnancy resource centers.
Thank you for your consideration.
